A home is sold on its pictures. They decide whether someone clicks through on Hemnet, whether the viewing fills up and what impression the agency makes. I photograph homes for estate agents in Stockholm: interiors, exteriors and the surroundings, plus short vertical videos for social channels.
What I offer is a recurring photographer, not a new photographer for every property. When the same person photographs all your listings, the pictures get the same light, the same angles and the same tone, and the agency gets a visual language clients recognise. You also stop having to explain how you want it every time.
I photograph in daylight on a tripod, straighten the lines and edit every picture by hand. Rooms should look the way they do when you stand in them, not wider and not brighter. The videos are cut in the same tone as the pictures, so the Instagram feed matches the listing.
The pictures are delivered edited in formats for Hemnet, your website and social channels. Twilight photography will come as an add-on later.
The price depends on the size of the home, whether you want video and how many listings you book over time. Agents who use me regularly get a fixed price per property. Send a few lines and you will get a proposal.
The home should be cleaned and styled when I arrive. I photograph the rooms in daylight on a tripod, cover the exterior and surroundings where there are any, and film if you have booked it. An average flat takes about an hour.

You get the pictures edited within a few working days, in formats for Hemnet, your website and social channels. If you need them faster, say so when you book.
